Job Title: Property Asset Manager
The role of a Property Asset Manager is to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a property portfolio. This includes managing supplier contracts, maintaining schedules, and building relationships with suppliers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance, taxing, and insuring of company vehicles as well as managing utilities, rates payments, and setting up standing orders for rent payments.
This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with internal customers, contractors, and stakeholders. You must have the ability to work efficiently in a team environment while taking a proactive approach to all tasks. Proficiency in using software to track updates on buildings profiles is essential.
