Job Details:Job Description:The role includes responsibility for the provision and management of campus dining program, workplace services and facilities management with a focus on:SafetyComplianceWorld Class Customer ServiceOperationsThis role is a 23-month fixed term contract.Responsibilities Include:Strategically manage the café services required deliverables as outlined in the food service contract for the site.Deliverables include required café contract performance, marketing, technology, sustainability objectives, finance, culinary programs, sanitation and safety.Facilities management, program management, and utilization of systems and tools .Facilities management for café, facilities management and related soft services scope and associated program management.Partner with procurement organization to manage to KPIs and supplier scorecard metrics.Support food and service suppliers to clear any potential roadblocks to successfully meet organizational expectations and contract requirements.Ensure implementation of Intel Wellness Programs and marketing as developed in partnership with the Global Wellness Program Manager and suppliers.Participate in Global program meetings.Implement Intel Standards for all services.Observe day-to-day site activities to ensure supplier execution meets program expectations.Support and advocate for the local supplier to drive success including escalations.Coordinate effective responses and represent Intel management position to avoid service interruptions and resolve service quality escalations.Participate in quality audits to ensure contractual needs are met.Support dining events.Coordinate facility repairs and infrastructure improvements to the cafés and fitness centre, in line with agreed Intel standards.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in facilities, front of house management or hospitality management, with a passion for customer satisfaction in a diverse organizationHonors Degree in Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management or a related fieldExperience of managing and influencing an organization and supplier managementDeep understanding of Incident and Injury Free philosophy, Ireland Environmental and Safety - Compliance requirements, and Health and Safety at Work as it pertains to the roleExperience of managing budgets, and strong understanding of financial systems, contracting strategies and governanceExperience in the provision of employee services required to enhance the employee experienceUnderstanding of the advantages and provisions of an Integrated Facilities Management systemJob Type:Intel Contract EmployeeShift:Shift 1 (Ireland)Primary Location:Ireland, LeixlipAdditional Locations:Business group:Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values.
