Job Details: Part-time Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Process payrolls for a diverse range of clients ensuring strong collaboration, accuracy, and compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.
* Manage employee information, tax data, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions, addressing client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
* Stay informed of statutory requirements and maintain meticulous records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and an audit trail of input.
* Coordinate between your payroll portfolio and clients to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
* Handle end-to-end payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining client records to ensure correct employee changes and document control.
* Prepare month-end journals and reports as necessary, keeping up-to-date with company policies and tax legislations impacting Irish payroll.
Requirements:
* 1+ years' experience in payroll, preferably within a practice or industry.
* Ideal candidate is studying towards or has completed the IPASS qualification.
* Strong computer and numerical skills, with a passion for client-facing work and effective workload prioritisation.
