This is a fantastic opportunity for a Planning and Marketing Coordinator who enjoys a combination of analysis, coordination, and creative execution.
You will support with planning, coordinating marketing activity, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy - making a real impact across the organisation.

Role Overview
In this role you will be providing administrative and organisational support to the Marketing team as well as Sales and Demand Planning in all activities.
Providing analytical expertise to the business to improve PSI process and accuracy, as well as supporting with analysis on prize setting or marketing and sales KPI's

Supporting the monthly PSI process in coordination with other relevant departments – create the reporting in preparation for the Demand Planner.
Collecting, verifying, and analysing monthly rolling forecast and inventory information.
Reflecting and reinforcing the sales and PSI plan, regularly analysing and summarise market and sales status.
Supporting the preparation and distribution of sales and KPI reports to the NSCs and Management.
Preparing second-hand and stagnant stock controlling reports.
Being the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration
Assisting with the planning and creation of the marketing materials/activities, such as catalogues, web, display/POP, give-away items, tradeshows, training/presentations, PR, advertisement, and other promotional activities.

Experience, Knowledge and skills:
Effective utilisation of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses
Good understanding of the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
Strong communication skills
Continuously grow and focus on personal development using the Panasonic Leadership Principles

Salary range:
(dependent on experience)

25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 27 days on completion of 3 years of service)

37.5 hours per week full-time

Hybrid Working:
expectation to attend the office at least 2 to 3 days per week.
