To support this ambition, we are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Collaboration Manager who brings passion, drive, and a desire to elevate customer experience and growth goals. The objective is to translate commercial ambitions into effective distribution and supply chain solutions that deliver world-class service.
The Customer Collaboration Manager reports to the Senior Retail and Etail Regional Manager. This position plays a key role in leading the Direct Retail Channel through a hands-on approach and acts as the primary interface for supply chain operations with Europe's top accounts. The role provides leadership across Sales, Planning, Replenishment, Order Management, and Customer Engagement. Key responsibilities include forecasting, managing promotional activities, executing revenue plans, and supporting customers' product and service level expectations.
This role will guide and drive collaborative processes with the Regional Commercial Organization and Strategic Partnerships to actively manage customer expectations in areas such as in-stock rates, on-shelf availability, service levels, and promotional execution. It will also communicate customer needs to supply chain partners to support inventory planning and deployment.
The role may lead a team directly or indirectly, contributing to the design and execution of distribution and logistics strategies, supply chain processes and systems, and strategic order planning to ensure timely and efficient product availability across markets.

* Collaborate with Key retail customers to achieve service levels, on-shelf availability, revenue, inventory, and DCS targets
* Support Gross Revenue and Direct Customer Sales achievements for the region
* Manage customer expectations at a senior level
* Organize and lead business reviews, tracking progress against joint business plans
* Translate the voice of the customer into actionable business requirements and work upstream to resolve issues
* Develop and deliver team and customer strategies aligned with business leadership
* Partner closely with external stakeholders such as distributors and logistics providers, and with internal teams such as Sales and Operations Execution, Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing, and Finance
* Lead strong Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment discussions
* Review supply and demand situations, resolve gaps proactively, and generate forward-looking insights based on sell-through, channel inventory, and market trends
* Manage and deliver internal and external KPI reporting, including in-stock rates, on-time in-full, fill rate, on-shelf availability, order cycle time, order linearity, aging inventory, excess inventory, and channel inventory
* Ensure effective event and channel management, including analysis and resolution
* Develop and support cost-saving initiatives that improve key supply chain metrics such as cost, service levels, and inventory cycle time
* Identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements
* Lead, support, or participate in global Logitech projects
* Provide informal leadership across the team
* Support recruitment activities
* Travel within the region two or three times per quarter
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
* 8–10 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, or e-commerce/B2B account management, ideally in an international setting.
* Proven leadership of cross-functional or regional teams, with direct or matrix reporting lines.
* Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, and B2B supply chain models, including order orchestration, inventory planning, and fulfillment execution.
* Strong data skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ability to drive insights into action.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with top-tier B2B clients, Retailers or e-tailers
* Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and digital integration platforms (EDI, API).
* Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar frameworks.
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications in continuous improvement, project management, or digital supply chain are highly valued.
