We are seeking a HR Generalist and would also consider an experienced HR administrator looking to take that next step in their career into a HR Generalist position.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR locally, we are seeking a HR Generalist to assist in all areas of HR operations: Talent Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Industrial relations, L&D, Personal Development, Reward & Benefits, ER/IR, etc. As part of the HR Team, the HR Generalist will provide a high level of HR support across the business.
Please note that there will also be a core element of HR administration tasks in this role, such as managing employee personnel records, apprenticeships, etc.
Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for an emerging HR Generalist to support a dynamic, enterprise Organisation with both Manufacturing production operations and corporate functions site, providing support to Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will join a small team of HR Professionals and will be seen as a key HR professional to the various function managers (Finance, CxO, R&D, production management teams, etc).
There are also significant HR administration tasks in this role, such as managing employee personnel records, apprenticeships, etc.
In addition to this, you will also assist & support the HR Manager to implement and maintain HR strategy & operations, as determined by the global and regional HR teams, across:
* Employee Relations
* Performance Management
* Recruitment & Employee PD Lifecycle
* Systems & Administration
* Occupational Health & Wellbeing
* General HR Interactions with Payroll, HR Projects, site employees, Local & Group HR teams, etc.
Experience essential for this role:
* 2+ years’ minimum experience of working in a HR Administration or HR Generalist function
* Good experience across multiple aspects of Human Resources, employee relations, HR procedures and employment legislation
* IT acumen - HR databases / HR Applications and MS Office applications (Workday ideally)
* Strong communicator - verbal & written
* Professional & Team Culture proponent
* HR Qualification – Degree, Diploma or HR Certification (CIPD, etc)
This is an exciting role which involves working across the entire organisation and being involved in all aspects of HR, within a busy HR Department. We are seeking a HR Generalist and would also consider an experienced HR Administrator looking to take that next step in their career into a HR Generalist position.
