Job Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the intricate paperwork associated with vehicle transactions. Collaborating closely with our sales executives, you'll provide essential administrative support and ensure the thorough completion of vehicle and finance documentation and relevant checks.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
As a Sales Administrator your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Integral Part of Vehicle Sale Process:Liaise / Collaborate with sales team to facilitate vehicle sales, ordering, sales documentation for new and used vehicles.
* Invoice Processing: Facilitate the processing of sales and for vehicles.
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with sales team on vehicle collection and delivery logistics.
* Primary Contact for Dealers: Serve as the primary point of contact for car dealers with customer funding documentation.
* Sales Documentation: Collaborate with the sales team to finalize necessary documentation.
* Information Distribution: Distribute relevant manufacturer information to the sales team.
* Franchise Data Updating: Update Franchise Data to reflect new models accurately.
* CRM Management: Extract contact lists from the CRM system.
Required Education, Skills, And Qualifications
* Language Proficiency:Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
* Commitment & Enthusiasm:Demonstrated commitment to high standards and a strong enthusiasm for learning.
* Client-Facing Experience:A proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Computer Skills:Solid computer skills, including prior experience with ADP/Kerridge (an advantage).
* Team Collaboration:Exceptional team collaboration, organizational, and planning skills.
* Problem-Solving:Effective problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-centric approach.
* Driver's License:Possession of a valid clean driver's license is required.
