Job Type Permanent Full-Time Location Dublin City, County Dublin, Ireland Job Details The Vhi People & Sustainability Division have a full-time permanent vacancy for the role of Talent Sourcer to work within the Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing external and internal talent to deliver on our ambitious business strategy. This role plays a key role in shaping the future of our workforce, contributing directly to Vhi's strategic ambition of helping our members live longer, stronger, healthier lives. The role offers exposure to strategic HR projects, cross-functional collaboration for those who want to continue to build specialised recruitment and broader HR experience through projects and initiatives and offers the chance to build strong relationships across the business. Proactively identify and engage talent using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, events, and market mapping. Expand networks through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events to improve sourcing pipeline Develop and apply appropriate sourcing strategies and approaches for different roles required including ICT, clinical, insurance and other professional roles. Negotiate and manage activities within the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening and sourcing candidate, reviewing and assessing applicants. Engage with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand requirements of open roles, including required skillsets, technologies, experience, education and competencies. Analyse effectiveness of sourcing activities, providing insights to the Talent Acquisition Manager, People Partners and Senior Business unit leads for improvement. Manage job postings and candidate applications. Monitor, maintain and evaluate the quality of candidate data in the applicant tracking system Participate in external recruitment events to build professional networks and stay current with market trends. What will you need to be successful: Education A 3rd level degree or professional certificate in HR or a related business discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in recruitment. Experience Proven experience of sourcing a broad spectrum of roles including clinical, ICT, insurance and other professional roles. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs. Strong experience of implementing/utilising recruitment tools and channel e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Interpersonal skills Proven relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work flexibly on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve goals within agreed timeframes Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong customer service orientation and empathy when dealing with candidates.
