Learning & Development Executive The role will be responsible for supporting and executing the groups learning and development strategy at a very exciting time for the group. This position will work within a well-structured and organised L&D function and Group HR team and report into the Head of Learning, Development and Talent. The main responsibilities of the role will include: Managing the back end and development of our learning management system - Dalata Online. Programme management for our Development Programmes Management of our Graduate Programme Training design for face to face training, virtual and eLearning sessions Design, management and reporting of our Compliance training Work collaboratively with the wider Group HR teams and Central Office teams to support the business objectives and projects.
