Staff Management: Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain high standards and positive work environments.
* Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively to ensure necessary cleaning materials and equipment are available.
* Implement and maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel, conducting regular inspections for compliance and guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room turnover.
* Develop and enforce housekeeping procedures and policies, including safety protocols and eco-friendly practices.
* Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including room occupancy, staff performance, and budget utilization.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in a busy hotel environment.
* Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
* Good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
* Able to multi-task and willing to help where required in all areas of the hotel.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
