Our client is seeking a highly experienced Roofing Site / Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead roofing projects across the West of Ireland.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in roofing site/project management
* Expertise in
flat roofing systems
, detailing, and quality control
* Strong knowledge of
Health & Safety management
and site compliance
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Ability to problem-solve and deliver practical on-site solutions
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Must have own transport and tools
* Full driving licence essential
Responsibilities
* Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Order and manage materials efficiently
* Maintain Health & Safety compliance, conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal management
* Experience in Ireland or UK.
