Manage tax audits, compliance obligations, and risk exposure effectively across client portfolios.Tax Provision and Reporting – Lead the preparation and review of tax provisions, tax calculations, ensuring timely and compliant reporting.Advisory and Tax Planning – Provide strategic tax advice to clients on complex issues using tax-efficient strategies and identify opportunities for optimization.Technical Expertise and Leadership – Sign off advisory work, maintaining expert-level understanding of all aspects of corporation tax.Client Relationship Management – Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Serve as a key point of contact to understand their commercial objectives, address issues promptly, and deliver high-calibre service.Cross-Firm Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across all teams to deliver integrated solutions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary projects.Risk Management and Quality Assurance – Ensure all work complies with firm’s risk management, quality control, and ethical policies. Anticipate potential compliance risks and propose mitigating actions.Regulatory and Legislative Awareness – Monitor developments in tax legislation and regulatory changes, interpreting their impact on client activities and advising on necessary adaptations.Team Leadership and Development – Lead, mentor, and develop tax teams to deliver exceptional client service.
