Full job description Role Introduction: The AA is seeking to recruit a Network, Compliance and Administration Specialist to support the Recovery Driver and Network Manager. The Network, Compliance and Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing job performance within the recovery network, ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating complaints, and managing operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating contractor performance, handling job escalations, and monitoring daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Work location: The role will be based in the ROC (Rescue Operations Centre) office in Ballymount. However, the successful candidate will be fully eligible for the AA's remote working, hybrid working and flexible working policies. Key Responsibilities: As the AA business continues to evolve, so too will the responsibilities of this role evolve and change over time. The primary responsibilities and focus areas for this role will include the following: Operational Oversight & Compliance Investigate damage complaints and handle initial follow-ups. Monitor daily job refusals and delays, escalating as needed. Oversee job closure monitoring and escalation processes. Ensure PAS43 and Garda Vetting compliance for contractors. Monitor VCRF completion. System & Documentation Management Organize and centralize operational documentation. Conduct audit booking and questionnaires. Perform initial audits. Maintain and update APEX & RCS systems for network performance. Monitor APEX RMS messages for timely job communication. Perform roster analysis and track contractor availability. Job & Issue Management Handle live job queries and problem resolution. Follow up on tow-ons and drop-off locations to ensure job completion. Chase job refusals to improve service efficiency. Generate and report on daily/weekly operational issues. Essential Experience Industry Experience - Minimum 2 years in vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, fleet management, or logistics. Operational Supervision - Experience overseeing external contractors, patrol teams, or emergency response units. Job Performance Monitoring - Background in tracking jobs, response times, and service level compliance. Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge - Familiarity with transport licensing, tachograph regulations, CPC compliance, and VCRF standards. Incident & Complaint Handling - Experience in damage complaint investigations, escalation procedures, and resolution processes. System & Data Management - Proficiency in APEX RMS, RCS, or similar job dispatching and tracking systems. Data Analysis & Forecasting - Ability to analyse job timings, track accepted vs rejected numbers, and provide operational insights. Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerBi Contractor/Vendor Management - Previous experience managing third-party contractors and service level agreements (SLAs). Process Improvement - Knowledge of operational workflow enhancements to improve job efficiency and minimize refusals. Audit & Insurance Handling - Experience handling insurance tracking, compliance audits, and documentation control. The Candidate should have the following: Minimum qualifications, experience & skills - Financial Operations - Minimum 2 years in financial management, accounting, or cost control roles (preferably in fleet management, vehicle recovery, or logistics). Invoice Processing & Reporting - Experience in accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciling job costs. Compliance & Non-Conformance Tracking - Background working with external contractors. Data Analysis & Forecasting - Ability to analyse financial discrepancies, track estimated vs. actual job costs, and provide financial insights. Claim Management - Familiarity with handling insurance compliance and processing damage claims.
