Italian Head Chef - Dublin City Centre €50,000 per annum | Small Italian Kitchen The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Italian Head Chef in Dublin City Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a small, high-quality Italian kitchen in the heart of Dublin. The restaurant currently operates Wednesday to Sunday (Weds-Fri 17:00-23:00, Sat & Sun 12:00-23:00, closed on Bank Holidays) with potential for extended hours as business grows. The successful candidate will either be an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership position. The Duties Lead all kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and plating Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high service standards Maintain stock control, inventory management, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Support the growth of the restaurant, adjusting operations as business expands Assist with recruitment and onboarding of kitchen team members Monitor kitchen performance, maintain quality, and manage costs Deliver exceptional food experiences while maintaining consistency and efficiency The Must Requirements to be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career Strong leadership and kitchen management skills Knowledge of Italian cuisine and high-volume service environments Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment
