* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, process improvements, or supporting implementation or transformation projects.
* Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design with data analysis skills.
* Demonstrated Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
* Lead Business Reviews with leadership showcasing progress on cross-functional OKRs, identify new opportunities, and promote service offerings (e.g., centralized invoice validation).
* Become a recognized expert in S2P processes and operations, including enrollment, purchase requisition/purchase order creation, invoicing, payments, approvals, and validation.
* Develop a deep understanding of how Product Area (PA) processes interact with Source-to-pay (S2P) and Global Business Services (GBS) processes, systems landscape, and stakeholders (business, finance, and accounting teams).
* Leverage data to identify, prioritize, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and scale with growth.
* Partner with source to pay operational leads to develop standardized frameworks for integrations, new product set ups, divestitures, and process governance (with a focus on change management and documentation).
