JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Create, review, and distribute reconciliations and customized daily/monthly reporting packages to clients and internal teams;
2. Liaise with external counterparties such as fund custodians and investment managers regarding data tie-outs and ad hoc reporting requests;
3. Assist with new client onboarding, audits, and other strategic initiatives;
4. Coordinate with clients and ensure the team is aware of all daily deliverables and expectations;
5. Train and develop C&SP staff;
6. Own process improvements and ensure final delivery of solutions;
7. Develop a “big picture” understanding of daily portfolio reporting, system usage, and client delivery;
8. Ensure all timeframes and deliverables meet service level agreements;
9. Prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks while maintaining high-quality customer service;
10. Apply market knowledge and best practices in managing transactions and data flows;
11. Participate in strategic initiatives to develop leadership skills.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred;
2. 3+ years of professional experience in a related role;
3. Knowledge of loan operations and credit/debt funds;
4. Experience mentoring and managing workloads is preferred;
5. Strong problem-solving skills;
6. Excellent communication skills — responsive, friendly, organized;
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
8. Familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and analysis tools is a plus;
9. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in high-volume environments;
10. Willingness to work within deadlines.
