The Role:
As a
Financial Services Solicitor
, you will:
Advise on a broad range of transactional banking and financial services matters
Draft, negotiate, and review finance documentation including loan agreements, security packages, and facility agreements
Support senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the financial services sector
Contribute to business development and the growth of the banking practice
The Person:
The ideal
Financial Services Solicitor
will have:
A minimum of 2 years' PQE in financial services or transactional banking law
Strong technical knowledge of banking and finance transactions
Experience in a reputable law firm environment, ideally with exposure to cross-border work
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
Ambition to grow within a high-performing, collaborative team
