ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking talented Land Consultants to join our Naas-based team in Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Land Team in delivering land referencing, landowner engagement, consultation management, land access, formal consents, statutory orders, compensation agreements, and land acquisition for infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK.

JOB SUMMARY
* This role offers a unique opportunity to shape your career as you lead technical specialists, build client relationships, and advise on land issues.
* You will secure land rights for strategic infrastructure projects and collaborate with engineering, environmental, and planning teams.
* Your key responsibilities include ensuring quality assurance of land interests, rights identification, negotiations, and land acquisition processes.
* Promote Land services and contribute to business development in energy, water, transport sectors.
YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSOCIATE LAND CONSULTANT
* Lead a team of technical specialists to ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Build trusted relationships with clients (both external and internal).
* Advise on land issues in Ireland and UK, including statutory processes like CPO, Motorway Order, Vesting Order, etc.
* Secure land rights for strategic infrastructure projects.
* Liaise with landowners, auctioneers, land agents, legal reps, authorities, stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
* Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and planning teams.
* Ensure quality assurance of land interests, rights identification, negotiations, and land acquisition processes.
* Promote Land services and contribute to business development in energy, water, transport sectors.
* Share knowledge and lessons across regions and projects.
* Develop efficient practices and foster innovation within the team.
* Ensure team has necessary skills and resources, manage, motivate, and mentor staff.
* Support bid/tender writing and lead technical training.
* Ireland and UK travel required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Expertise in rural environments, property, communities, and agricultural practices.
* Experience with infrastructure development schemes and multidisciplinary teams.
* Negotiation skills and legal knowledge for land acquisition processes.
* Experience reducing land risks and advising clients throughout project lifecycles.
* Proven record with Orders and land interests, legislation knowledge.
* Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Team motivation and initiative, ability to work under pressure.
* Strong engagement skills with landowners and the public.
* Good business and IT skills, quality assurance, and document management.
* Degree in Geography, Agriculture, Land Management or similar; Chartership advantageous.
* Full driver's license essential.
