Senior IAM Engineer Realtime RecruitmentDublin, County Dublin, Ireland (On-site) We are seeking an experienced engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of systems and infrastructure, with a strong focus on identity and access management. You will act as a senior technical contributor, delivering complex engineering solutions, supporting system integration, and driving improvements across environments. While not a people manager, you will provide technical leadership and influence across teams and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support requirements definition and refinement with delivery teams Design and implement solutions acrossnetwork, virtualisation, and datacentre environments Integrate and manage systems in line with defined acceptance criteria Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable system solutions Work with large and complex datasets to meet business and technical needs Enhance processes for system delivery, quality control, and workload management Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesto improve delivery efficiency and insight Execute and analyseintegration, regression, and performance testing, troubleshooting issues as needed Produce clear documentation for deployment, support, and operational processes Identify gaps in environment standards and drive remediation plans Required Experience & Skills 7+ yearsin Information Security or Systems Engineering Strong hands-on experience withSSO and authentication protocols(OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, FIDO, SCIM) Proven expertise withPing Identity solutions(PingFederate, PingAccess preferred) Experience designing and implementingcustom IAM policies and integrations Strong background inCloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience federating and synchronising identities across cloud platforms Solid development experience inJava/J2EEand scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.) Understanding ofAPI design and RESTful services Knowledge ofActive Directory, MFA, risk-based authentication, and PAM Familiarity withLinux/Windows environmentsand application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) Experience deliveringlarge-scale, enterprise IAM implementations Good understanding ofsecurity frameworks and risk management practices For more information on this role please apply within with updated CV.
