Our client is an established, independently owned residential property specialist, established over 15 years ago, they have multiple offices throughout Dublin, the firm has built a stellar reputation and continues to grow.
The Role:
This role will be best suited to a candidate with a proven track record of selling second hand residential properties in South Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate will oversee residential property transactions from appraisal through to completion, while also playing a key role in business development, supporting team performance, and driving overall branch success.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will leverage your in-depth market knowledge and strong negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results, while setting high standards, mentoring team members, and contributing to the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee residential property sales from valuation to completion.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
* Drive new business development and appraisal activity.
* Manage sales progression and conveyancing processes.
* Support, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
* Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and revenue against targets.
* Ensure compliance with PSRA regulations and company procedures.
Key Requirements:
* PSRA Licence (Category B, C, is essential).
* 3+ years previous experience in a similar role.
* Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Highly motivated and an excellent communicator.
* Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital tools.
