Accounts Payable Administrator – TJ O'Mahony

Job Purpose: The Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day efficient and effective activities of the accounts payable function in a high‑volume dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the AP team with daily administrative tasks related to accounts payable.
* Data entry and validation of high‑volume supplier invoices.
* Ensure accurate invoice processing and maintain up‑to‑date account records.
* Send invoices for approval and follow up on outstanding approvals.
* Investigate and correct rejected invoices.
* Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.
* Examine and resolve supplier account queries.
* Handle internal and external enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
* Assist in the AP monthly close and prepare monthly creditor accrual listings.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and annual deadlines and compliance procedures.
* Perform other ad‑hoc duties as delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high‑volume dynamic AP environment.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word).
