Overview
Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant at Pandora, Waterford, County Waterford, Ireland. This Fixed-Term Contract is 3 months long, ending on 04/01/2026. The rate of pay is €15.40 per hour. The stores to hire for are Waterford. You can choose between two focus areas (Sales or Operations) with some crossover depending on day-to-day needs.
Schedule
You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. The contract covers 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Sales
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: confidently engage with customers and tailor recommendations
* Product knowledge: master Pandora details to deliver memorable customer experiences
Operations
* Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
* Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
* Wrap gifts, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards

Important notes
* Contracts will end on 04/01/2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the contract duration, including weekends and seasonal peak days; distribution will be managed to avoid requiring you to work all peak days
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, no annual leave will be approved during the peak season
