Job Description

You will make informed decisions, negotiate settlements, and provide clear support to customers throughout the claims journey. We are committed to collaboration and communication, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive claims to resolution.
We value proactive, self-motivated individuals who can demonstrate strong reserving and file estimation practices, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing complex motor injury claims from initial assessment to resolution
* Making informed liability decisions and negotiating settlements
* Providing empathetic support to customers throughout the claims journey
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive claims to resolution
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* APA (Personal & Commercial) or CIP qualification
* A strong foundation in injury claims handling and a solid understanding of the Irish claims landscape
* A strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex information quickly and act decisively
* A customer-first mindset, with a proven ability to manage sensitive conversations and deliver outcomes that balance empathy with commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
