AML / KYC Compliance Analyst – 6 Month Contract - €61,700 per annum pro rata – Hybrid in Dublin 15

We are currently hiring KYC Compliance Analysts to join a growing new venture project for the organisation. As a part of the Compliance Operations team, you will work with a team of analysts responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance, production and development of the company's AML/KYC program.
Sounds great, what will the day to day in the role look like?
* Perform Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk customers and resolve customer account issues, following internal SLAs and quality standards.
* Analyse financial transaction activity and document review findings
* Prepare written analyses for all assigned high risk customers.
* Resolve AML/KYC referrals from external payment advisors/vendors as directed.
* Become an expert in regulatory requirements in AML/KYC and other compliance due diligence functions.
* Collaborate with teammates and managers to provide input on policies and procedures and other initiatives.
* Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance Operations to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as needed.
What skills and experience do I need to be a Compliance Analyst need?
* 2+ years' experience working in financial fraud/compliance operations, specialising in AML/KYC
* Strong research and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
* Comfortable working within established service level agreements.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, contributing to a supportive team and cross-functional environment, working across multiple locations and time zones.
* Availability to work 40 hours a week, weekend and/or different shifts patters may be required.
