Lean Coach
The goal of this role is to provide leadership and expertise in the implementation and maintenance of daily management systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across the organization by leveraging Lean principles, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years' experience leading improvement projects. A certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar level of coaching/practitioner certification is required. Additionally, knowledge of Lean methodologies and strong communication skills are essential for success.
