EU Total Rewards Lead
We are looking for a dynamic EU Total Rewards Lead to translate our clients Corporate Total Rewards vision into actionable regional strategies that empower their people and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Implementation:
o Develop and align the EU Total Rewards strategy with the global TR vision
o Design and roll out a scalable total rewards framework for the region
* Data & Analysis:
o Conduct pay gap analysis and market benchmarking
o Participate in annual salary surveys and assess market competitiveness
o Monitor trends, legislation, and regulatory changes across the EU
* Projects & Frameworks:
o Lead job evaluation and levelling using Mercer/Aon methodology
* Communication & Compliance:
o Propose innovative solutions (e.g., sales incentives, labour cost modelling)
o Lead total rewards communication plans and engagement initiatives
o Partner with Payroll and other HR teams to ensure data accuracy and policy alignment
* Benefits & Budgeting:
o Benchmark, propose, and manage regional benefit programs
o Ensure compliance and cost-efficiency in C&B budgeting
o Continuously revise policies and SOPs to reflect evolving needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or above) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 10+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits management
* Deep knowledge of C&B systems and structures
* Familiarity with EU and Irish labour legislation would be ideal
* Expertise in Mercer/Aon job evaluation methodologies
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
