Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all site activities for the construction of our project in Ireland. This includes leading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with HSE documents, and maintaining high-quality work standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage the site team, including site supervisors, to ensure efficient execution of site works;
* Coordinate and assure execution of all site works, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, project execution design, and permits;
* Assure good quality of executed works and establish and maintain on-site offices and facilities;
* Report daily to the Project Manager on project site progress and elaborate weekly reports;
* Propose added-value alternatives regarding project execution and present return of experience on executed works on site.
Requirements
* Techncian degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Civil Engineering;
* Between 2 and 5 years of working experience in a relevant role on construction projects;
* Good knowledge of tools and techniques or project schedules/planning/reporting (able to work with planning software);
* Fluent in English; other languages would be a plus;
* Knowledge of HSE requirements;
* Available to displacements across Ireland.
