Site Lead Role in Dublin
We are seeking a skilled Site Lead to oversee construction activities on-site for Public Realm works.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing civil engineering or construction projects, with utilities experience and working within the road corridor preferred.
* Excellent computer skills with detailed knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word excel and project.
* Full drivers licence.
* Background in civil engineering preferred.
The responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing project plans and requirements and producing a detailed baseline programme on Microsoft Project.
2. Tracking programme on a regular basis and issuing updates to stakeholders.
3. Identifying critical path delays when they occur and demonstrating on programme.
4. Negotiating extensions of time where required with clients.
5. Reviewing project pricing and tracking internal costs to ensure the project is being delivered as priced and can be completed within the required timeframe.
