We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Stamullen, Co Meath.
1. Utilise our ERP System to manage the lifecycle of work orders from creation to closure.
2. Ensure that item master performance data sets for all SKUs are correct on our ERP System.
3. Generate and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
4. Liaise with the production team regarding the production plan and delivery dates required to meet customer needs.
5. Collaborate with KAMS, Purchasing, and Production to meet customer delivery dates.
6. Analyse production capacity, material availability, and resource allocation to optimise production efficiency.
7. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely procurement of materials and components needed for production.
8. Monitor production progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks; develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimise disruptions.
9. Work closely with production management to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
10. Communicate production schedules, priorities, and changes to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve production planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
12. Ensure real-time updates to our ERP System.
13. Action and update all system exception messages.
14. Generate reports and performance metrics to track production performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
