Key duties & responsibilities:
Raising purchase orders
Supplier payments
Data entry to system
First point of contact for clients
Phone/email queries
Scanning/filing of confidential documents
Maintain reception area
General accounts admin & reception duties as required by management
What are we looking for?
1-2 years accounts administration experience
Reception/front of house experience
Knowledge of MS Office applications i.e. Excel
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Ability to work on own initiative & willing to learn
Fluency in English written & oral
