The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Construction and Engineering sectors, as well as experience in market research, networking, and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
* Develop targeted business development plans to achieve sales targets.
* Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and leads.
* Become an expert in the company's value proposition and competitive advantage.
* Accurately update CRM and ERP systems to track progress and performance.
* Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills.
