Job Purpose: The Process Engineering Manager provides strategic, technical, and organisational leadership for the Electrical Test Development function.
This role leads a team of engineers and technical professionals responsible for architecting, developing, validating, and sustaining advanced automated electrical test systems that support new product development (NPD) and commercial manufacturing.
The Manager ensures long-term test capability readiness, drives innovation and standardisation across the test platform landscape, and aligns engineering priorities with business needs, regulatory expectations, and manufacturing objectives.
This role has broad impact: shaping test technology roadmaps, managing departmental resources, scaling organisational capability, and influencing cross-functional strategy to support Boston Scientific's growth.
