Overview
Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, part of the Talbot Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to work within the Kitchen Department. The role reports to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and focuses on friendly, efficient service and maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation and presentation of all food for designated areas.
Maintain high standards of cookery and support kitchen team.
Assist in menu review, costing, and ordering of food requirements.
Demonstrate excellent personal hygiene and comply with HACCP controls.
Control storage of food and manage stock control.
Carry out all HACCP paperwork.
Support training of junior staff and maintain staff records.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to HR policies.
Monitor staff during duty and ensure duties aligned with company procedures.
Requirements
Friendly and professional work attitude.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Availability to work variable shifts and weekend shifts.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Previous experience not required – full training provided.
