Job Description:
As key HR Business Partner, you will report to the People & Culture Director and lead cross-functional teams in developing strategic people initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities include ensuring consistency across multiple sites, compliance with employment law, company policies and best HR practices, and overseeing recruitment processes for senior and key roles.
The ideal candidate possesses a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong leadership and people management abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in managing employee relations and organisational change
