We offer a starting rate of € 15.26 per hour for our operatives, with the potential for this to rise to € 16.03 for our experienced operatives.
Kepak Group is looking for a friendly and hardworking General Operative to join our team in the food production industry. As a General Operative at Kepak, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations to keep up with customer demand for our top-quality products. You will be a vital part of our team on the factory floor, working alongside other skilled operatives to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
* Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
* Complete quality control checks to ensure high standards of product quality
* Adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately
* Attend training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
* Follow instructions from supervisors and management to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role in the food production industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Physical fitness and ability to engage in repetitive tasks for long periods of time
* Basic computer literacy
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
