Job Description
As an Operational Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example and working closely with the Store Manager to execute daily operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining excellent shop floor presentation, ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained, and delivering outstanding customer service.

* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
* Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
* Maintain impeccable shop floor presentation
* Ensure optimal stock levels are consistently maintained
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed leaving certificate or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work varied shift patterns
