We are passionate about quality, detail, and offering an inspiring retail experience.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Florist to oversee daily production and retail operations within our studio. This role combines hands-on floristry with operational leadership, ensuring the smooth running of our online shop, efficient management of orders, and consistent delivery of The Crate's signature floral style.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction ManagementOversee the daily production schedule, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, beautifully, and on time.Manage workflow within the studio, coordinating tasks and training and supporting junior florists.Monitor and maintain flower quality, including conditioning, rotation, and care.Manage stock levels, ordering flowers and sundries in line with demand and seasonal availability.Work closely with the creative team to support creative projects and new retail initiatives.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a retail floristry environment (minimum 1 year).Strong production and workflow management skills.Confident in hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements and seasonal products including wreath-making.Excellent knowledge of flower care and handling.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.What We OfferFlexible working hours.A supportive, friendly, creative environment within a growing brand.The opportunity to shape and develop The Crate's retail offering.Hands-on experience across all areas of studio floristry.Ongoing development in both creative and operational aspects of floristry.If you think you'd be a good fit, apply now.
