Job Title
A Human Resources Specialist is required to manage the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
* This role will involve working closely with the National office HR Team in implementing HR projects and policies at local offices.
* The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as an HR Administrator/Generalist/Specialist/Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment:
• Conduct second-round face-to-face interviews with candidates pre-screened by the recruitment shared services team.
• Ensure newly recruited candidates are onboarded within the optimum timeframe.
• Support National Hiring Week events.
* Employee Relations:
• Manage employee queries and issues.
• Monitor and manage sickness and other unplanned absences.
• Maintain and enhance employee relations, including staff benefits and events.
* Employee Retention:
• Develop strategies to improve caregiver retention and engagement.
• Manage the probation process and seek feedback from Schedulers and Care Managers.
* HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee files and records.
