What you'll do
Supervise plant operations, equipment, materials and team performance
Lead and support continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, service and cost
Manage and support up to 4 operators on shift
Drive scrap reduction and process improvements
Support training and development within the team
Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental standards
What makes you a good fit
Third level qualification with at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing management
Strong leadership and team building skills
Ability to make operational decisions and solve technical problems
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
