A leading European fund servicing group is seeking a senior relationship professional to manage and grow a portfolio of global institutional clients.This is a strategic, commercially focused role responsible for protecting, maintaining and expanding revenue across a multi-jurisdictional client base. You will operate as the senior global contact for assigned clients, building long-term trusted partnerships and aligning internal capabilities to client ambitions.This role suits an experienced asset servicing professional with strong commercial instincts, C-suite presence, and a track record of growing client wallets within complex institutional environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as senior global relationship lead for an assigned portfolio of institutional clientsDevelop and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships at executive levelProtect and grow revenue across your portfolioBuild and maintain a strong network of strategic contacts within client organisationsDevelop and execute structured global strategic account plans, including:Stakeholder mapping and influence analysisRetention and growth strategyCompetitive landscape assessmentLead global strategic committee meetings between client senior management and internal executive stakeholdersRepresent the organisation at senior industry events and conferencesPartner closely with product, operational, IT and support teams to deliver client-aligned solutionsLead commercial negotiations and contract discussions (in collaboration with legal teams)Ensure full KYC and compliance oversight for assigned clientsOversee smooth onboarding of new mandates in partnership with implementation teamsMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM recordsSkills & Experience5-10+ years’ experience within fund servicingProven experience managing global or multi-jurisdictional institutional clientsStrong understanding of products, market structure and regulatory landscapeDemonstrated success in revenue retention and growthExperience creating and executing global strategic account plansComfortable operating at C-suite levelCollaborative approach when working with internal stakeholdersPersonal ProfileCommercially minded and client focusedCalm, credible and composed under pressureStructured thinker with a delivery-oriented mindsetTrusted advisor style with strong executive presenceHigh judgement and strong stakeholder management capabilityWhy Consider This Role?Senior, high-visibility commercial positionGenuine ownership of strategic global client relationshipsOpportunity to influence product development and internal strategyStrong compensation structure with performance-related bonusCareer progression within a growing international platformInterested?If you are currently managing institutional clients within asset servicing and are looking for a broader, more strategic commercial remit, I would welcome a confidential discussion.Apply directly or contact me privately to explore further.
