About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to support a large-scale internal change and transformation programme within a fast-growing financial services organisation. This is a high-impact role where you will help drive critical business improvements across functions including IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
* Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops across multiple business units.
* Document high-quality business requirements and produce exceptional business design documentation.
* Conduct initial scoping exercises to define project objectives and deliverables.
* Support the development of central functions such as transformation governance, PMO, and change practices.
* Navigate a post-merger integration environment and address operational challenges in a scaling organisation.
* Ensure alignment of business solutions with overall strategic objectives.
Key Requirements
* Experience:
8+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services (wealth management experience is an advantage).
* Certifications:
IIBA or other BA certification preferred.
* Methodologies:
Familiar with BABOK or other robust business analysis frameworks.
* Tools & Systems:
Proficiency in Visio, MS Office suite, and tools such as Jira.
* Skills:
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* Confident working in fast-paced, change-driven settings.
