About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Fresh Food Manager. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the smooth operation of our deli department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
* Oversee the daily operations of the deli department, including inventory management and stock control
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a food-related environment
* Proven track record of delivering results and consistently meeting targets
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* IT literate and proficient in using various software systems
