Facilities Engineer
Our North Dublin based client is dedicated to providing a safe and trustworthy environment for the storage and provisioning of materials for some of Ireland's largest manufacturing companies. Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of facilities systems through planned and corrective maintenance.
- Implement system upgrades and improvements for HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, compressors, fire & security systems, CCTV, mechanical handling equipment, chemical spill containment systems, clean rooms, electrical systems, and utilities.
- Provide maintenance support across two sites that are located within ten minutes of each other.
- Work both independently and collaboratively.
- Meet daily maintenance requirements.
- Execute project work as needed.
- Monitor and manage CMMS systems.
- Respond promptly to site occupant requests and issues.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Perform regular checks on plant and equipment Address facility and equipment alarms and failures, including after-hours emergencies.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Level 6 Trade Qualified Electrician.
- Experience in Mechanical Troubleshooting is desired .
- 2 years Facilities Maintenance experience is an advantage.
- On Call availability 1 out of 3 weeks including weekends.
