This role will focus on providing excellent receptionist/front-of-house services, together with performing key administrative tasks within the Customer Care team. This position plays a crucial part in the overall customer experience as they will be the first point of contact for dealing with many of our customers.The candidate must have a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers at all times. In addition, they must have strong interpersonal skills and take personal pride and job satisfaction in responding accurately and efficiently to callers, always ensuring our customers enjoy a positive experience with Drivalia. This role is suited to someone who can prioritise and multitask, along with excellent time managementKey Responsibilities:Provide a high-quality customer service, dealing with telephone calls and visitors in a courteous, professional and efficient mannerAssisting with Database management as and when required - such as creating new drivers, driver allocations, cost centre and department updatesCirculating incoming post to all staff and arrange for outgoing post to be sent daily such as, CVRT & tax discsResponsible for Fines Process and Vehicle Licensing Certificate managementTo undertake a range of administrative activities, requiring use of in-house IT systemsDistribution of Drivalia branding to suppliers nationwideStationery and office supplies managementKey Requirements:Previous experience as an Administrator / Receptionist desirableAbility to work on a variety of tasks concurrently, effectively and to deadlinesAbility to prioritise important tasks and manage time effectivelyHighly professional, well presented, and welcoming mannerInterpersonal skills to communicate optimally with telephone callers, visitors, and staffFlexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitudeCommunicate and work well with others and as part of a teamIT and telephone skills – call management, typing, working knowledge of MS Office
