Job Overview
This dynamic role involves supporting the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations at our venue.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.
* Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Ensure adherence to operational standards, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
* Optimise stock management, supplier relationships, and cost controls to maximise profitability.
* Oversee scheduling, payroll support, and HR-related administration.
* Foster a culture of sales growth through promotions, events, and upselling initiatives.
* Develop strong floor presence, embodying excellent customer service as a role model.
* Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives under the guidance of the General Manager.
