Job Description
An Assistant Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that every guest's stay is memorable. They must be an intuitive person with a naturally warm and engaging personality, inspirational leadership skills, and a strong drive to always 'go beyond' to ensure flawless guest experiences.
This professional will be responsible for managing the Front Office department, responding to guest queries, and providing expert knowledge on Resort information. They must possess excellent organisational skills, be a strong communicator, and have the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
Fluent English communication skills are essential, as well as excellent computer skills. Previous experience using Hotsoft is desirable, but not necessary.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to deliver Irish hospitality at its finest. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to develop strategies that exceed guest expectations.
