Construction Manager Role
The Site Construction Manager will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of a high-profile infrastructure project, reporting to the Project Director.
* Leading on-site construction tasks, including setting out and surveying operations
* Ensuring accurate interpretation and execution of technical and design specifications
* Coordinating daily activities with subcontractors and site teams to maintain programme and design integrity
* Monitoring health and safety compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
* Carrying out regular inspections of quality-critical activities, including concrete pours and rebar installation
* Serving as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and external stakeholders
* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting the professional development of graduate team members
Requirements: Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; minimum of 5 years' site construction experience; deep understanding of civil and structural systems; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
