Transformation Project Manager
This key role leads commercial workstreams across sales, service, and operational areas ensuring alignment, delivery, and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project activities are coordinated within assigned commercial workstreams.
* Detailed project plans are developed and maintained aligned with programme timelines.
* Requirements gathering is supported and business needs are translated into ERP solutions.
* Testing activities are overseen including defect management, validation, and sign-off.
* Change management, training, and deployment are supported to ensure successful implementation.
* Progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation are monitored.
* Cross-functional relationships are built and alignment is driven across regions and teams.
The ideal candidate has:
* At least 5 years' experience in complex project management environments.
* Proven experience leading ERP implementations; IFS Cloud experience is highly advantageous.
* A strong understanding of commercial processes including sales, project delivery, and service management.
* An ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
* A degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home while collaborating at our Cork facility.
