This role offers the opportunity to own feature development end-to-end in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead backend feature development from architecture and design through to production deployment. Build and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure .NET Core applications. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and best practices. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning. Work on enterprise software in the identity, access management, or infrastructure security space. Contribute to modernising and containerising components for cloud deployment (desirable). Core Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C#/.NET Framework and .NET Core backend development. Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean architecture. Experience with multi-threaded applications and concurrency handling. Strong debugging, profiling, and troubleshooting skills in Windows environments. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Desirable Experience: Experience working on Windows Server-based enterprise applications. Exposure to Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar directory services. Experience with cloud migration, microservices, or event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Windows internals, kernel objects, or advanced OS-level programming.
