Job Title: Corporate Event Manager
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced event manager to join our business development and marketing team. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to deliver high-impact corporate events in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning Plan, organize, and execute seminars, client entertainment, and corporate hospitality events
* Event Administration Manage all event administration, including registration processes, guest communications, and post-event reviews
* Agency Coordination Liaise with external suppliers (AV, venues, printing, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of events
* Sponsorship & Membership Activities Research and coordinate corporate sponsorship opportunities and support firm involvement in industry memberships
* Corporate Hospitality Manage in-house and external hospitality initiatives (e.g. guest lists, table layouts, catering, collateral printing)
* General Administration Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and ad-hoc event-related tasks
* Maintenance of Stock Distribute branded merchandise
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in event management or corporate hospitality, ideally within a professional services environment.
